Livi Supporter's team take on the professional side...

You may or may not have seen in the papers recently a story about a Livingston supporter's team called Livi GS, who are about to play in a glamour friendly against the Livingston senior side.

What you may not know however, is that one of the Livi GS players is our very own Dave Black, who works in the teamwear section of Football Nation.

Dave's the one in the centre directly above the goalkeeper - and he and his Livi GS teammates will have the opportunity of a lifetime tomorrow when they take to the field at the Toni Macaroni Arena in Livingston. Livi GS play in the Internet Football Association (IFA) league which pits supporter teams from throughout the UK against one another. 

Livi GS won the IFA cup in 2014 and recently defeated a Coventry supporter team 3-0 in the same competition.

The game kicks off at 11am tomorrow and all the funds raised will go towards developing the Livingston youth system. Fans can gain entry by donating on their way in. 

Technically, this game is an FN Teamwear derby as we supply both the Livingston senior side and Livi GS with their match kits (split loyalties anybody?) Everyone at Football Nation definitely wants to wish Dave and the rest of the Livi GS players the best of luck in their big game though.
