Base Layer

Compression underwear, aka base layer, has become a massive part of modern football. The compression fit not only adds an additional layer of protection from the elements, but has been scientifically proven to increase blood flow within the muscles.

Note: remember that most football league regulations require your base layer matches the colour of your match kit.
