Football Nation sponsors the East of Scotland Qualifying Cup...

In case you've never heard us mention this before, we love football... passionately! Having recently announced ourselves as the official sponsor of the LEAFA amateur football league, we've now committed to the game further to become the official sponsors of the EOSQC (East of Scotland Qualifying Cup). 

From today onwards, the tournament will be known as the Football Nation Qualifying Cup.

The cup can trace its roots all the way back to 1897, with sides from Edinburgh and the Lothian & Borders areas all competing. 

The Football Nation Qualifying Cup will be a knockout tournament that features 25 clubs. These clubs will hail from East Kilbride all the way down to Gretna. Replays will be used in the event of a tie. 

The Football Nation Qualifying Cup also has connections to one of our pro club customers, Livingston. They won the Qualifying Cup back in 1963 when they still played under the guise of Ferranti Thistle.

We're very proud to sponsor the cup and thus further our commitment to providing Scottish football clubs with professional service, equipment and exposure. 

We're also very excited at the prospect of presenting the winners of the cup with the trophy in person after the final. As massive football fans this is exactly the sort of thing we want to do. 

Part of the Scottish senior football setup, the East of Scotland Football Association is on the rise and so are Football Nation - so the partnership really is a match made in Heaven.
