Women's football has been skyrocketing in popularity in recent years, with more & more female players getting involved in the beautiful game.
adidas have been heavily involved in providing women's football with the equipment needed to play at the highest level. They championed their range of football boots specifically for women & designed a designated ball for the last women's World Cup.
So it's no surprise that this year adidas have launched a selection of football teamwear that's designed to meet the requirements of ladies' teams the world over.
As Football Nation is the boot sponsor of Hibs Ladies' Joelle Murray & Lisa Robertson, along with being the glove sponsor of their keeper Jenna Fife, we're delighted to supply this new range of female teamwear.
Above: just a few of the new women's teamwear items from adidas
The new women's teamwear collection covers both match kit & training clothing for the complete package.
Each garment has been specifically tailored to suit female players after testing & feedback from throughout the game, resulting in a shirt hem that is shorter than the men's version by 2-3cm.
The shorts are also shorter by similar lengths when compared to their male equivalent.
Of course, every item of women's adidas teamwear comes with all of the same match-winning technology that the male version does.
This can include Climalite technology that wicks moisture & Climacool which regulates body temperature during high-intensity training/matches.
